On smelling the roses

One person I truly find fasinating is .Mr. Hefner > There are so many qualities one must have to succeed the he does possess.Most of all i admire the fact that he has seen and done as much as ANY man can .While watching his bio.doc. on A&E or something. I heard him say the only thing he would have do differently was "Stop and smell the roses." I couldn't agree more.So began my take my time pattern.It's been very much like watching a movie. You do see and appreciate things more.That's a great thing.I mean it sounds all sweet and things, and I like it. Now here's the kick. While smelling the rose, one may  encounter bee's, thorns, allergies, bugs and pesticides.I say become a rose. Love and Light
